Hi friends,
Have you noticed how many people don’t stick to their New Year’s Resolutions? They decide to eat healthier, which lasts about a week or two, and then they go back to their original habits. Or they buy a gym membership starting in January and only go a handful of times.
I’ll be honest, I’ve been guilty of this too. However, about a month ago, I came across a solution to this problem. Simply start your New Year’s Resolutions one or two weeks early.
It feels like a big deal to make a promise to ourselves that we will do this “big thing” starting exactly on January 1st. But if we start on December 16th, for example, it doesn’t feel like as big of a deal and more like a simple change.
I’ve been better at sticking to my resolutions so far, but we’ll see if it works! What are your New Year’s Resolutions?
Have a great week and Happy New Year!

P.S. This week, I have written about
my experience receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. I feel as though it is one of the most important articles I’ve written so far, so I would be grateful if you checked it out! And if you like it, please forward it to your friends!
